  2. The butter : Colocá in a pan over medium heat a good piece of butter, do not scarce, will give flavor to your eggs. Let it melt.

The second: Do not let the eggs rest before putting them, that is: I beat, beat, and instantly put the eggs in the pan with the butter.
  4. Moment scrambled eggs 1 : The first seconds (about 20-30 seconds) do not touch them, you leave them as they are, to the fire.
  5. Time Eggs 2 : The following is, with a spatula ideally, or with a wooden spoon, take off the eggs from the edges to the center. Go through each edge and leave them about 10-15 seconds, as seen in the video.
  6. Time Eggs 3 : Repeat the operation, always taking off from the edge to the center, one or 2 times more, leaving 10-15 seconds between again and again. Is it understood?, Right? That's why I made the video, because it is difficult to explain how to make scrambled eggs only with words.
  7. When taking out the scrambled eggs : whenever you cook eggs, whether they are scrambled or not, you have to keep in mind that the eggs will continue to cook them once. The egg is very heat sensitive, it becomes very fast, so taking into account time is important.
  8. The rule is to take them out for a while before you like you, so that rest of cooking leave them exactly as you want. For example, if you like Babé (how I like the word babé), you have to take out the scrambled eggs when they are too drool for your taste ... so they will remain as you want 5 minutes after having taken them out.
