About this homemade nutella recipe without sugar
What I like about this recipe is that it is very easy, but it has two tricks that must be taken into account. First, we are making a recipe without sugar, therefore we will choose a bitter cocoa suitable for diabetics. So we will have to try the hazelnut cream well, to adjust the sweetener . They can use powder as seen in the video, or use a liquid sweetener, or stevia, or a mixture they like.
But the important thing is to try while it is done and not be afraid to add more sweetener, so that there is no super bitter paste. Another theme, and this also serves if it makes homemade nutella with sugar or peanut butter . The processor, or the blender they use has to be of good quality , since if you cannot burn the engine.
And to avoid the tragedy of staying without the processor and without homemade nutella, we will do it well. They process a little, stop, process another, they stop again. And so all the time.
It is a recipe that challenges the patience of several, but the final result is so rich, so creamy, it is worth it!
Greetings and until next

Ingredients
- 200g. of hazelnuts
- 1 CDA. of bitter cocoa
- 2-3 sweetening envelopes
- 2-3 CDAs. of neutral oil
How to make nutella without sugar
- The first thing we are going to do is carry a pan (of those who bank it) to the fire. We place the hazelnuts and we will toast them until they begin to detach a very rich aroma. It is important that we move them every so often, they are not burned, to stay close to the pan!
- When they are well roasted, we will take them to the processor. Grind the hazelnuts little by not burn the equipment we use. When a dust or almond flour begins, we will have to move the mixture inside the processor or blender.
- Add the sweetener, can be liquid or powder, and continue processing until it reaches a consistency of wet sand. This happens when the hazelnut begins to release the oil it has and the preparation begins to be moistened.
- We are going to add the bitter cocoa and continue processing (this is almost an exercise of patience!) They will see that the natural oil that the hazelnuts give off with cocoa is mixed and begins to take that characteristic chocolate color of the nutella.
- At this time we add the coconut or sunflower oil to help consistency. If they see that it is still very dry, they can add a little more, but always little by little. We also have to prove the taste at this time, to see if it is necessary to use more sweetener.
- We process until we reach the desired consistency and voila! They can keep it in a bottle in the refrigerator for weeks (but I swear it never lasts so much!)
