I want to tell you that this Nutella recipe can be even healthier: if we want we can ignore condensed milk . But I warn you that it will not be equally rich, so I recommend that you follow the instructions to the letter.
Another tip that may vary is that in some recipes add cocoa powder and vanilla essence, that can be proven. I like the chocolate that I used in this recipe much more. As for the essence of vanilla I think we all know her, if they like the flavor that gives sweet things you can try adding a few drops.
Prepare homemade nutella is worth it, I assure you.
- Toast the hazelnuts in a pot over medium heat. This is indifferent if they have peeled or peel hazelnuts, they have to toast them anyway until they are well golden. If they want they could also toast the hazelnuts in the oven, placing them in a fountain and baking them at 200º for about 8 minutes or until they are well roasted and long -speaking their characteristic aroma.

- Process hazelnuts in a mixer. It can also be in blender or processor, the important thing is that it has power since we will process it for a long time. Process several times until the natural oil that hazelnuts have: from time to time we are going to open the mixer or blender and with a spatula stir a little to make sure that there are no loose pieces, then we continue processing, and so several times until a creamy paste is left. - Incorporate the 200 g. of condensed milk and semi -bitter chocolate previously melted in a water bath. We also add the honey that, together with condensed milk, will sweeten our Nutella.
- Re -process for a few minutes until you get the Nutella. How do we realize? Because of the consistency, it will be similar to that of the dulce de leche, they will notice that it can be spoiled perfectly.
That easy guys. A well creamy nutella will be formed that we can use to eat with toast, bread, cookies, with some dessert, or as I do: in spoonfuls of the bottle!
