The easy Cheesecake recipe is one of the most sought after in the world of those who are encouraged to cook desserts. For those who do not know it, it is a single cheese cake or cake, in which the flavors of cheese are combined with that of various fruits, whether raspberry, strawberry, or in this case lemon.
As you know in this program, recipes of this style are usually made and this is one of the ones that I liked the most so far, along with the sugarless flan that Paulina made a few months ago.

Ingredients

For the dough
- 1 CDA of lift flour

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 About Sucralosa
- 300 grs of light cream cheese
- 1 lemon zest
- Lemon juice
- Jam to taste
How to do Cheesecake step by step

- Place 1 and a half egg on sweetener in a bowl and beat (with blender) until it is fully integrated and spume a little. If this recipe is starting, remember that I made a small mold recipe. They must adapt the proportions by increasing the ingredients if you want to make a cheesecake in a larger source.
- Add a tablespoon of welfare flour and beat at least 7 minutes. In this Cheesecake recipe one of the most important things is to beat well, so they want to beat a little more is perfect.
- With a napkin to scatter oil on the entire surface of the mold that we are going to use. We can also use butter, I used oil. It is not necessary to put much, the only function here is the oil is to prevent the dough from sticking to the bottom.
- Bake at a minimum temperature until golden and crispy . When cooking over the dough it is going to dry and it will be very hard and crispy, so it will change its color. You have to be attentive and when that happens we remove it from the oven and reserve it.
- Meanwhile place 2 eggs in another bowl along with an envelope and a half of the sweetener. Beat until you integrate , using the blender again.
- Add the light cream cheese to the preparation. Obviously they can use a traditional cream cheese (not light) but taking advantage of the fact that this is a sugar -free recipe I used it. We are also going to ñadir the zest and the lemon juice (I used the juice of half a lemon) and we continue to beat until a homogeneous preparation is.
- Add the cream on top of the MAS A, at the source we have reserved. Bake to 180º corroborating from time to time its cooking, since it depends on the oven, in my case it was for 20 minutes .
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes to unmold , that way we prevent it from disarming. Once warm, we demolish it turning it with a dish or container, and we turn it back in the final source so that the dough is left on the bottom.
- Add on top of cheesecake the taste jam to taste previously heated to be more liquid. As with cream cheese, I used sugar -free jam to take advantage of the fact that this is a sugar -free dessert recipe. I used strawberry jam, but it looks good with anyone, you can use the one you like best!
