  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into thick slices
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 1 corn, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 sprig of celery, cut
  • 1 piece of pumpkin, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 shine of thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
