Hipe eye: Quick method for baking meat

Baked Hipe Eye

I leave here a baked blike eye recipe, but with a different method than I talked other times.

Do you remember this baked roast lid and its secret to be tender? Well, this is another method of baking meat, much faster and is very tender too. The difference is that in this case we depend more on the good quality of the meat.

The first method is ideal for meats that can be hard, such as roast lid. This method is perfect for when you have a friendly meat (like this eye of how much I had) and you can make it juicy and reddish, if you like it, without risks.

This is the thing, it seems

Baked Hipe Eye

1. The first thing is to tie the eye of the steak on the sides (as seen in the photo), with cotton thread or kitchen thread. We do this to not lose the form. It is not good to lose the forms , guys, they already know this.

2. Next, we heat a hot recontra iron, to the maximum and for 10 minutes. And we also turn on the oven, because we will need preheated.

3. When the iron is very hot, we put the eye of the how, cooking it about 3-4 minutes on each side. This depends on the size of the buffer eye you have bought. Mine was great, it would weigh between 500 and 700 g.

4. We remove the eye of the iron and place it in an oven fountain. In my case, the fountain had vegetables that I was cooking from half an hour before, so I made a hole between the vegetables and put it in the same source. Place the Chimichurri (put a lot!) And take to the oven at medium-high temperature. With 10-15 minutes it will be enough.

5. Remove from the oven, let stand for a few minutes to settle the juices and serve.

And here my baked bife eye
