About these breakfast recipes

More than just recipes, you'll see seven different breakfast ideas. The idea is to use the list of ingredients to first see what you have at home and what you need to buy. Once you've done your shopping, it's important to get organized.

I recommend first washing all the fruit, measuring all the ingredients, having the molds on hand, etc. The foundation of meal prep is organization, and that's what makes it so effective.

If you start making a recipe, and then scratch another one and so on, you'll never finish it!

If we get organized we can all have breakfast... they say out there

Take advantage of these ideas to create your own ready-made breakfasts, or to blend up something you like. Pouches are a great option for that; you can create the smoothie that suits you best!

Greetings and until next

Recipe for 7 breakfasts

or #mealprep for breakfast

Breakfast No. 1 and 2: Puddings

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of grated coconut
  • Milk (quantity by eye)
  • Apple pudding: 1 apple, peeled and cut into pieces
  • Almond Pudding: Chopped almonds (to taste)

Step by step

  1. Place the eggs in a bowl with the sugar and beat well. Add the whole wheat flour, beat, then add the oil and continue beating!
  2. Add the grated coconut and all-purpose flour. If it's too dry, you can add a splash of milk. Divide the dough in two.
  3. Pour half into a small mold and place chopped almonds on top.
  4. Cut an apple into thin slices. Fill the second mold halfway, place a layer of apple, top with the remaining mixture, and decorate with apple slices on the sides to keep them from moving when the pudding rises.
  5. Bake both puddings in the oven at 18°C for 30 minutes. Once cooled, you can store them whole, halved, or sliced in the freezer. To eat, simply place them in the refrigerator or leave them on the counter overnight. That's it!

Breakfast #3: Smoothie Bags

Ingredients

Bag 1:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 sprig of parsley

Bag 2:

  • 1 banana
  • Almonds (quantity to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax
  • Raisins (quantity to taste)
  • 1 pinch of cocoa
  • Optional: honey (quantity to taste)

Bag 3:

  • 1 mandarin
  • Spinach (quantity to taste)

Step by step

  1. They choose the seasonal fruits they like best, wash them, and if they don't like them with the skin, they peel them. We cut them all into similar pieces and put them together in bags.
  2. These are the ideas I put together in the video:
peach – orange – chopped ginger and parsley (+water) banana – almonds – ground flax – raisins – cocoa (+milk) Plums – tangerines – spinach
  3. Before freezing, we make sure there's no air left in them and place them in the freezer. To eat, we take them out and put them directly in the blender with a liquid—it can be milk, water, almond milk, whatever you like best. And that's it! A healthy breakfast in minutes!

Breakfast #4: Overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • Honey (quantity to taste)
  • Fresh or dried plums (quantity to taste)
  • Honey (quantity to taste)

Step by step

  1. Mix the cup of oatmeal with the natural yogurt (you can use vanilla if you can't find it). Cut the fruit (you can use the same one from the freshly made bags!)
  2. Put them together in cups as you like, these are my ideas from the video:
    banana + oats + honey + banana + oats
    oats + plum + oats + honey + plum
  3. We cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate them, at least for one night. They'll keep for a few days, and they're delicious!

Breakfast #5: Cereal Jars

Ingredients

  • Yogurt (quantity to taste, for the bottom of the jar)
  • Honey (quantity to taste)
  • Cereals (quantity to taste)
  • Pear (for a jar)
  • Peach (for another jar)

Step by step

  1. Grab a nice glass jar with a lid, and let's put together our breakfasts.
  2. First, we add the yogurt, a little honey if you like, and then the sliced fruit. Ideally, a firm fruit, like a pear or peach.
  3. Add the cereal or any other types of cereal you like on top. The idea is to keep the cereal away from the yogurt so it doesn't get soggy. Cover and refrigerate. This is ideal for taking on the go and eating on the go!

Breakfast No. 6: Egg sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Butter (quantity to taste)
  • Whole wheat hamburger buns (2 units)
  • Salt (pinch)
  • 2 slices of loin or ham
  • 2 slices of cheese

Step by step

  1. In a bowl, mix two eggs and beat them well. Heat a pan with a little butter, grease a ring and place 3 or 4 tablespoons of beaten egg, season with salt and pepper, and cook on both sides. If you don't have any, that's fine; bake the egg as it comes out and then slice it. Repeat.
  2. Cut the brown bread in half and spread a little butter on top, then add the egg, ham, and cheese. Cover and wrap them in kitchen roll or parchment paper and place them in the freezer! To eat them, place them in the microwave as-wrapped for about 30 seconds, then use the defrost setting for 1 minute, and that's it!

Breakfast #7: French Toast (Oh Oui!)

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (whatever you have)
  • Leftover egg mixture (from sandwiches)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • A splash of milk
  • Butter (quantity to taste)

Step by step

  1. To the leftover egg mixture, we added a tablespoon of sugar and a splash of milk.
  2. We cut the white bread into slices, dip both sides in the egg mixture, and place it in a pan with butter. We brown it on both sides without overcooking it.
  3. When they're cold, we arrange our French toast in a Tupperware container and place it in the freezer. To eat it, take it out and place it in a hot pan for a few minutes or in the oven. You can heat it in the microwave, but they won't turn out crispy, which is the point of French toast. If you like this, check out my god-level French toast here!
