Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! After the madness that was the #Sopapalooza, I went to leave the soup recipes we did on YouTube. The truth is that soup is a delicious food, you can eat alone, at the outset, as a main course, madness!

These cream soup recipes are easy recipes and the best thing is that (they already guess) they can freeze! Imagine that a rainy day and transit chaos arrive at nine o'clock at home, and while wet clothes are changed, a homemade cream soup is defrost. Ready, I made the day friend!

About these homemade soup recipes

They will see that they are all soups of vegetables, super nutritious and great to eat at any time. All are different and each one has a special touch, but they all share a creaminess that they cannot believe!

Choclo soup

ingredients

  • 1cda butter
  • garlic clove 1
  • Onion 1
  • Choclo can 1
  • water
  • DEHYDRATED BALDITO 1 CDA OR MEDIUM CUBITO
  • CREAM CHEESE 1 CDA
  • 1 slice of cream cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Choclo Soup Recipe

  1. Cut the onion and garlic clove, and take a butter until the onion is cooked. Add the corn, if they do it of fresh corn they have to boil it before between 8 to 10 minutes and then break it down.
  2. Add water to cover, the broth dehydrated some pepper and let cook covered for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and once the temperature goes down, go through a mixer or a mini pimer. Take back to the fire for a few more minutes and add the cream cheese.
  4. To serve, place a fresh cheese cube at the bottom of the bowl, add the corn cream soup and decorate with chopped parsley

Ingredients

  • 1 beet
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 sprig of celery
  • water
  • 1 cumin cdita
  • 1 cda of cream cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Beet soup recipe

Very rich!

  1. First cut peel and cut beets, carrot, tomato and onion into more or less even cubes. Do not worry about how they are, then we are going to process it!
  2. Take all the vegetables to a pot, cover with water, salt and pepper and add a small cumin that goes very well to beet soup. They can also add a sprig of celery. Take the pot to the fire until the vegetables are tender.
  3. When the heat has gone a little, we take out the celery and crush well.
  4. We serve with a tablespoon of cream cheese to provide some acid that is great, chopped parsley and if they want, they can put an aceto splash as I did.

Tomato soup

ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Water
  • 1 CDA of sugar
  • 1 paprika cdita
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, put them in a wedding, add salt, pepper, a little oil and we will also add a little sugar, so that the acid of the tomato was countered a little. We carry the baked plate for about 40 minutes.
  2. In a pot we will put some oil, chopped garlic and add the cooked tomatoes. Cover with water, spice and cook more or less until the tomatoes are waste.
  3. We take out of the heat and crush.
  4. Serve with croutons and a splash of olive oil.

Broccoli soup

ingredients

  • Broccoli 1
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pope 1
  • Onion 1
  • 1 CDA of butter
  • water
  • 1 dehydrated broth cdita
  • 1 egg
  • Merkén Ahumado
  • salt
  • pepper

Yes, it can also be made of cauliflower

  1. We are going to cut the broccoli, they will see that in the video I use a lot of broccoli, the ideal is to use it until it starts to get fibrous. We are also going to cut the onion and garlic, and the potato potatoes.
  2. In a pot we put the butter and add the onion, garlic, potatoes and parts of the broccoli stem because they take longer to cook. Cover with water, add the broth and cook.
  3. When the potato is ready, we add the broccoli trees a little more water and cook until everything is tender.
  4. We take out of the heat and when it is not very hot, we crush. They will see that the Pope gives a great creaminess to the broccoli soup.
  5. I served her with a poché and a little smoked Merkén because the idea fascinated me!

ingredients

  • cooked lentils, 1 cup
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Onion 1
  • Morrón 1
  • Pope 1
  • 1 squat slice
  • water
  • 1 CDA of Curry
  • Green onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Lemon juice

Lentil and curry soup recipe

My discovery of the year!

  1. First we are going to cook the lentils, this can be done the day before or wear canned lentils if they want to advance steps.
  2. As always, we are going to cut the onion, belli and garlic. Pumpkin and potatoes we cut it into slices.
  3. In a pot with a little oil, we place the vegetables and when cooked add the pumpkin, potatoes and cooked lentils. We cover with water and add 1 Curry Cdita. Cook about 20 minutes.
  4. We remove from heat and crush.
  5. I served it with a little chopped green onion and some lemon juice droplets that is incredible to this lentil and curry soup!

I saw that you use hand mixer to mix the soup, of course, what are you going to use for mixing, so I pass through here to ask, what do you recommend for these soups, the manual mixer or pass to the blender? Taking into account that I live in Argentina, in 2021, and being thus branded? model or whatever because I use some that was directly disarmed when the soup was half thick.
I hate going to the blender, it is an enchastre, it is the least, but sometimes I do it since I was not lucky in my mixing couple.
Make me happy, give me a fact that serves me and I promise not to recriminate them if it doesn't work either.

I love all soups, something hot and replenished always feels very good. But I stay all, with Broccoli's. With onion, garlic and potato to finish off the energy and healthy combination. My weakness in vegetables is broccoli, with thousands of good properties. Congratulations on the recipe. Appetizing.
