- When milk is, we turn it over the chocolate and let it stand until it melts. It is like a ganache but with milk instead of cream. Stir until the mixture is well integrated.
- Now we are going to soak the cookies in the milk and chocolate mixture and we are accommodating them in a mold. When we complete all the desired layers (or the cookies are over) we return the rest of the mixture over the cookie cake.
- Take to cool for 3 hours minimum. To unmold, get before the refrigerator and let stand for 10 minutes. Separate with a knife or spatula the cookie cake of the mold and turn over the plate. Decorate with grated coconut. They can also leave it in the mold and place the coconut on top.
