  • 1 bondiola of about 2kg.
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 1 CDA. and honey media

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 purple onion
  • Salt and pepper

4. Wrap perfectly in the aluminum foil, which is well sealed. If necessary, they can put double layer.
