A little tip from Paulina's mom for freezing meatballs without them turning into an unmanageable mess. 

The trick for freezing meatballs also works for milanesas, empanadas, and anything else that's at risk of sticking together once frozen. I hope it helps.

Yes, always keep it frozen! Another important thing is to label the product, especially when storing things in Tupperware.

I put them in the freezer without nylon, film or anything... one night and the next day in the bag!

Wrapping them in freezer dividers also works quite well. =)
