And so with some vegetables and little else we already have a super dish to offer comrades.
Ingredients
For 3 portions
- 1/4 of squid pieces (they can be tentacles, fins or everything)
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of chili pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 tbsp. Tomato puree
- 1 and 1/2 glasses of rice (I use parbolized)
- 1 vegetable bald
- 1 soy sauce well
Recipe rice with squid in 6 steps
- Chop the onion and chili pepper . Put them out in hot oil.
- When the onion is almost transparent, add the tomato squid pieces , cut. Save about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the puree of tomatoes and stir. Also add the vegetable baldness
- Then add the rice and sauté for a while in the pan, without adding liquid.
- Add 2 and 1/2 glasses of water and the soy sauce . Stir and let cook over medium-low heat, until the water has been consumed and the rice is ready.
- Finally, rain with parsley and serve. It is very good to accompany it with lemon or with all i oli sauce.
Ho the squid has to be precooked? How long??
And the garlic at what time? Times are not well specified
