Easy snacks: fish and ginger balls

Hello friendships!

Fish is one of those meals that many people have trouble eating. That is why I love making fun and creative fish -based recipes.

In this case I bring you a good meal: fish and ginger balls, made with hake or other fish that you like more! It is an excellent way for boys to eat fish, they are great!

 

Ingredients

For several fish balls

  • 1/2 kg. of hake or other white fish
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Gordas of ginger
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped coriander
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Sesame seeds (Cant. Nec.)
  • Frying oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: soy or lemon sauce

Recipe for fish and ginger balls

Easy snack

1. Chop the fish in very small pieces, should be as minced meat. If you do it with frozen fish it is easier. And but you can also use the minipimmer.

2. Mix the fish chopped with breadcrumbs, egg, ginger, garlic and chopped coriander. Salpimentar. A homogeneous paste must be left.

3. Form small balls and pass them through the sesame until they are covered. I mixed integral sesame and black sesame.

4. Fry in very hot oil, a quick pass, until they are slightly golden. Remove and book.

5. Click each with a stick. Llover with more coriander. They can be served with soy or lemon sauce.
