Bases and promotion conditions “What are we going to do so much, so much money?

1. Participants: All followers of Paulina Kitchen on Facebook may participate in this promotional operation, who at the date of validity of the promotion are over 18 years of age, without restriction of place of residence.
2. Validity: This promotion will be valid from 08:00 hs. From December 17, 2013, up to 1 hour before the Extraordinary Christmas draw the Argentine National Lottery (popularly known as the “Christmas fat”), on December 23, 2013 in the Argentine Republic (the “period of validity”).
3. Of the organizers: the present operation called "What are we going to do so much, so much money?" (hereinafter "The Operation") is developed and organized by Videoblog Paulina Cocina, whose web address is Paulinacocina.net.
4. Of the promotion: This promotional operation has the purpose of spreading the videoblog Paulina Cocina.net.
5. Operational mechanics: This operation is without purchase obligation. Those who wish to participate should enter with their user at www.facebook.com, enter the Paulina Cooking page on Facebook www.facebook.com/paulinacina.net and register as followers by clicking on “Like”. Once registered, to participate, they must respond to the slogan "What are we going to do so much, so much money?" In the comments of the photo shared by the Paulina Kitchen fanpage. Once these steps have been taken, if the participant wishes, he can share the photo on his wall, so that all his “Facebook friends” see it (sharing the photo is optional, and is not mandatory to participate). The use and/or records that come from users/false profiles and/or that at the exclusive criteria of the organizer are not reasonably the existence of the natural person to which the profile refers to. Users/profiles that reflect belonging to more than one person and/or groups of people will also be disqualified and canceled and/or any associative form and/or signal dedicated to trade and/or/OA participation in promotions, raffles, games and/or entertainment. These rights of the organizer and its exercise will not generate any responsibility for the organizer nor will they give the right to claim for those interested.
6. Awards: The organizer will share a lottery ticket corresponding to the Extraordinary Christmas raffle The Argentine National Lottery (popularly known as the “Christmas fat”) among all participants in the promotion. If the lottery ticket shared by the organizer will be the winner, the prize will be distributed equally for the administrators of the web and each of the people participating in the promotion. The number of the shared ticket will be public knowledge among the participants, so that they themselves can check if the prize has been won.
7. Draw: The draw will be made by the Argentine National Lottery on December 23, 2013.
8. Award and delivery of the awards: the organizer will communicate to the potential winners their quality of such through a message published on the Wall or Timeline of the Facebook fanpage in which the contest was held. Likewise, on this occasion it will be requested that within forty -eight (48) hours the notification confirms the participants the reception of the message and indicate their personal and contact data completely and truthfully through an email. In case of non -compliance within the established period, the winning potential will lose any right to the prize without any possibility of claim.
9. Once the foregoing point is fulfilled, the necessary efforts will be carried out to get their part of the prize to each participant.
10. Assigned the prize, each winner must subscribe the corresponding receipt.
11. Validity of the awards: it is expressly clarified that the prize mentioned in point six only includes the percentage of the referred prize, not including any expense or cost that is not expressly provided in these terms and conditions by the organizer, or any other service that is not expressly planned at this point, leaving the same in charge and exclusive cost of the winner. The amount required by the efforts to send the prize to each participant, will be responsibility and will be in charge of each winner. Thus, the amount generated by management and taxes, in case part of the award is awarded to people not residing in the Argentine Republic. The winner may not demand the change of the prize for another, or for a good other than the one indicated as a prize in these terms and conditions, so that the prize will not be negotiable, or transferable. Once the award has been delivered, the organizer is released from all responsibility with respect to it. The organizer is not responsible for the damage, thefts and/or robberies of which the winners and/or their companions during the use and/or retirement and/or transfer of the prize could be subject.
12. The organizer does not grant guarantees on the process of management and delivery of the award conducted by Argentina National Lottery, any claim must be addressed to said entity. The organizer will not respond to any patrimonial, physical, extra patrimonial, and/ or any other damage, that the winner could suffer on the occasion of the use of the prize or on the occasion of making the necessary steps to obtain it.
13. The organizer, in no case, will be responsible for failures in the computer, communication, energy supply, telephone lines, the Internet network, or for technical damage, human errors or deliberate actions of third parties that could disturb, suspend or interrupt the normal development of this operation.
14. Authorization: The winners authorize the organizer to disseminate their personal data and/or addresses and/or images and/or voices, for commercial and/or promotional purposes, in the media and forms that it provides, without the right to any compensation, until after 1 year of the end of this.
15. Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or manage this operation in any way, nor is it associated with it. Facebook® is a registered trademark, the application www.facebook.com is the property of Facebook Inc. and does not participate in the organization or assumes any responsibility derived from this operation. Consequently, Facebook will not be responsible for the fulfillment of the commitments assumed by the organizer in these bases and the potential winners must claim the awards ceremony exclusively to the organizer. 
16. Information. Personal Data Law: The Organizer will be responsible for the processing and safety of the personal data informed by the participants. Facebook does not compile any of the data entered by the participants or assumes responsibility for their use and disposal. The organizer will collect the data in a safe and confidential electronic file and use them in full compliance with current legislation (Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations No. 25326) and the conditions established in the present.
17. The proportion of the prize won, if the lottery ticket is the winner, it will depend on the total number of participants registered in the promotional operation during the period of validity. In the event that during the period of validity, 1000 participants would have been registered, the prize will divide in 1001 equal parts (1 for each participant and 1 for the organizer).
18. Jurisdiction. Any relationship that by virtue of the promotion is generated between the participant and the organizer will be governed and concerted in total subject to the laws of the Argentine Republic, renouncing the participant to any other law to whose application could be entitled. Likewise, they will be competent to resolve any controversy or legal procedure that arises between the organizer and the participant the federal justice in the administrative contentious of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, whatever the cause of the action or the claim, with express renunciation on the part of theirs to any other jurisdiction that could correspond to it. 
19. Acceptance. Participation in this operation implies the total and unrestricted acceptance and knowledge of these terms and conditions, as well as the decisions that the organizer can later adopt according to law.
