Ingredients

  • 1 cup of very strong coffee (espresso or snapshot concentrated, hot)
  • 1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa or 2 squares of bitter chocolate (20 g approx.)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (at ease and according to used chocolate)
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of milk sweet
  • Optional: whipped cream, chocolate or cocoa chips to decorate

How to make step by step Mocaccino

  1. If cocoa powder is used, mix the cocoa with the sugar and a splash of milk in an olite to form a homogeneous paste. Heat over low heat.
  2. If chocolate is used in bar, place it in a pot with a little milk and melt over low heat, mixing until integrating.
  3. Add hot coffee and mix well. If it is going to be used, this is the time to add the dulce de leche and let it melt in the mixture.
