Ingredients to make 8 breads
- ½ cup of warm milk
- 50 gr. of sugar
- 10 gr. of fresh yeast
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- 35 gr of melted butter
- 1 egg at room temperature
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ tablespoon of honey

How to make homemade milk step step by step
- In a bowl place the warm milk along with the sugar and yeast. Reserve in a warm place to activate yeast.
- In another container to accommodate the flour along with the salt on the sides leaving a place in the center where to add the melted butter, egg, vanilla essence and honey. Mix a little.
- Now add the mixture of warm milk and with a spatula start incorporating, once manually kneaded for 15-20 minutes bending the dough on itself. It is recommended to place some oil in the hands and on the work surface, work with the help of a spatula, since it is a sticky dough.
- Once a ball of homogeneous and elastic dough is achieved, let it stand in a warm place for 1 hour and a half until its volume is duplicated.
