Surely you've already stolen a recipe for baked potatoes with rosemary. Right?
This is the classic recipe for baked potatoes with this very special seasoning.
Ingredients
For 2 portions
- 1 big potato
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Salt, pepper and oil
Baked potatoes with rosemary recipe
finger-licking good!
1. Wash the potatoes well because we're going to use them with their skins. When this happens, I wash them directly with a dish sponge, without soap, of course, and they're perfect for using potatoes with their skins.
2. Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick. It's important that all the potatoes are roughly the same thickness so they cook evenly in the oven. If not, some may end up half mashed and others a little hard.
3. Pour a little oil into a baking dish and arrange the potatoes side by side. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with more oil, and sprinkle with chopped rosemary (2 sprigs). Place the last sprig, whole, on top of the potatoes.

4. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes and they're ready!
Hi Paulina! This is my first time commenting, but I've been following you for a little less than a year.
Congratulations on the show; it's really fun to watch! While I've made some of your recipes (like the liver with onions, roast beef, or tenderized matambre, always with a few personal touches, I confess), this one hasn't been as successful... Why? Because I just read it! And because I have my own way of making baked potatoes, which I and my family love, but I'll have a chance to try them! If you want, I'll tell you how I make them, it's a very well-seasoned thing, let's say... On the other hand, I also take this opportunity to tell you that if you want, I can also give you a very quick pasta recipe, really tasty, although it doesn't meet the canons of the "guanpot" wave that you have been doing, but... It takes you as long to make as it takes to cook the noodles and you dirty a pot, a cutting board and a pan (well, various utensils, obviously)!
You know, if you like the idea, I'd love you!
A hug, and keep it up. You make me laugh so hard and give me some great tips! I'll make the pork and sweet potato pie anytime.
Greetings
Lean
