Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Today we have a recipe that I love: homemade nougat ! If my friends, the holidays are on top and nothing better than a good crispy nougat, delicious and economical.

Yes, I said. Cheap Nougat. It is not impossible. There is a myth around the nougat, it is thought that to be rich they have to be expensive. He puts him, puts him, that the most expensive nougat are rich because they have almonds and I don't know what else. But all the nougat have a chance of being rich, and if you do not believe in the second brands, I better do your own homemade nougat and solve life.

About this home nougat recipe

What I like most about these three options is that they are very different. We have a homemade peanut nougat , very crispy, very simple, caramel and peanut. Cut the bowl.

I ask you to please be very careful when they do caramel! Previously when we talk about how to make candy for flan I told them how important it is to take great care of the burns and the boys are not even close! Then we have a chocolate nougat , which is one of my favorites. We did it with inflated rice cereal, but it can also be done with other cereals.

And finally, the easiest homebug on the planet: coconut nougat . He is super easy, rich, very summery, if they want to bathe it in chocolate! The only thing with this nougat recipe, I recommend that you do so from one day to another. The more condensed milk absorbs the coconut, the firmer it will be and easier to cut!

Greetings and until next

Peanut nougat

  1. In a pot without anything, add the sugar to make our dry candy. It is important to stir the sugar while caramelizing. Have the peanut ready because when the caramel is we will have to move fast.
  2. When the caramel is clear and liquid, add the roasted peanut without salt or skin, and stir to integrate everything.
  3. We take it out of the heat and pass it to a silicone plate with a little oil. They can also do it directly in the marble or a source.
  4. Crush it well with an austed kneading stick and give a little shape. Let cool for about 20 minutes and break in bits.

Crispy chocolate nougat

  1. Place the butter in a pot, when it is half melted, add the chocolate to pieces. Cover it and leave it over low heat until the butter melts completely.
  2. Remove from heat and stir until chocolate finishes melting and everything is one.
  3. Add the rice crispy and mix vigorously until everything is integrated. We passed it to a fountain with oil and cover it with a film to help us crush it well. It is important to take out the air and leave it very compact.
  4. We take it to the refrigerator until the chocolate is solid. Cut and serve!

Coconut nougat

  1. Put the coconut in a bowl and add the condensed milk mix well.
  2. Put in a film and roll like a candy so that everything is compacted.
  3. Take the refrigerator and when it is cold to cut care that is not disarmed. It is best to leave it overnight. They can bathe it in chocolate.
