New Year's Eve dinner for two!
- 450 pork ribs
- 1 glass of beverage tail
- 1 Pope
- 1 apple

New Year's Eve Supper Recipe

- The first thing we are going to do is wash the potato and cut it into wedge. We put them in a source with olive oil, salt and pepper and add a little romero. Bake strong until golden brown.
- Now we go for the apple. We peel it, take the center and cut it into cubes. Take a pot with butter pieces, a jet of wine, salt and pepper, and mascabo sugar. Take the fire and stir until a puree is made. It is important to check the water so that it does not dry, if necessary we can add a little more. When a puree is made, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, we go with our flesh. We are going to get the big fat and cut it into large pieces. Heat a pan with olive oil and add the pig until it brown from both sides.
- After turning the meat, we are going to add the tail glass and cover immediately. When the boiling goes down, add salt and pepper and cover again. Cook until it reduces without moving or touching, it's about 7-8 minutes. Eye that does not pass!
- When almost all the liquid was reduced, turn and leave a minute more than brown the pieces, add some rosemary and voila!
- Serve meat with popes and apples puree.
