There are a million ways to bondiola to beer, today we are going to make one that does not require turning on the oven, or briding meats, or anything very complex. They have no excuses to do it, and when they try it they will incorporate it into your menu forever!

Be you very welcome to this new chapter of Paulina Kitchen. Today we will see an infallible classic in our kitchen: Bondiola to beer!

This recipe is ideal for those who want to try something different and just start cooking. Or also for when you want to entertain or stir ... never fails.

About this bondiola recipe for beer

Bondiola to beer, or lake bondiola, as they like to call it, has several ways to do. You can put the entire bondiola and cut it when serving (if they want to do it, it should be bidered the flesh so that it does not lose its shape); Biecofitos can be cut before cooking or, as we will do today: the meat can be cut into cubes.

Every way of cooking beer bondiola has a reason for being, like everything in life of course. What I like most about how to do it in cubes, as we are going to do today, not only is it necessary to get the oven, nor that it becomes much faster (although these two things add a lot when thinking about how to make the recipe) ...

What I like most about this way of bondiola to beer is that in this way it is much more tasty, the sauce that is formed with the beer and juices that the meat is long during cooking, along with the rest of the ingredients, they join much better to the meat and look much tastier.

If they have an appointment and want to look good: this is the recipe. The same obvious before they ask, I see that your appointment is vegetarian and you make a bondiola to beer ... very bad, they will have to end up asking for delivery and that is not the goal of this blog.

Well, returning to the recipe theme: I leave you a couple of ideas to accompany it and complete the Bondiola experience in the best possible way.

What can I accompany my bondiola to beer?

The pig to beer is already a platform. If you go to a recipe casting for a sure meal novel, it remains as the protagonist. What am I going with this? To which it looks good with anything. Peeero, there are some recipes that are made for him and make his taste much more.

Here we go with some accompaniment ideas:

  1. Purash of sweet potatoes: We can make the classic mash of sweet potatoes cooking them, stepping on and seasoning them. Yes. And it will be delicious without a doubt, Peeero, we can also make the gourmets a little more and go a little step later. If you are encouraged you can do a little candy not very dark and add it to the mash of sweet potatoes .. The amount of caramel already depends on you, they are trying a little. It depends a lot on the sweetness of the sweet potatoes and the taste that you choose. But promise me that they will try it, I strongly ask them.
  2. Papines al Romero: Most easily cut the papines diagonally and in a bowl add the rosemary, salt, pepiments and condiments to taste. A generous splash of olive oil and mixes it well. It is super important that they do it in a bowl and not direct in the grip Thus the flavor is better incorporated.
  3. Apple puree: It is the classic accompaniment. Peel and cut apples without hearts and in the quarters and cook in a pot next to a little water, sugar and ground cinnamon. Cook for 20 minutes or so. Remove from heat, puree and serve.
  4. Fresh salad : If you are encouraged to get out of the traditional, this option is very good. A salad with some green (can be spinach), orange segments or some other citrus, well -fine green apple, nuts and good vinaigrette. Of what they like the most.

It generates a beautiful contrast with the beer bondiola and gives it a fresh touch that is perfect! If you are encouraged to try any other accompaniment, tell me in comments!

I hope you enjoy the recipe, get to work!

In the development of the recipe, it is not specified when adding the bondiola that had been reserved, does not say when to incorporate the mustard that appears in the ingredients and confuses to explore with a ciboulette when in the ingredients listed Romero, in fact a disaster !!!
