About these recipes to make easy salsa
These are all recipes to save, meaning you can prepare them all together, freeze them, and then take them out little by little to season here and there.
These are some of the most popular sauce recipes. Of course, I'm going to show you Argentine salsa criolla and chimichurri, because they're legal, otherwise they'll take away my citizenship. Then you'll see a classic filetto sauce that can be used on pasta or in any stew and is delicious.
Also, a creamy mushroom sauce that will elevate your chicken to the heavens. Speaking of chicken, you'll see how to make homemade teriyaki sauce, and you'll never buy it again in your lives.
Finally, something that isn't widely eaten here in Argentina but that I love: I'll show you how to make tartar sauce. You have no idea how good that sauce is with fish or with leafy vegetables in a salad. If you'd like, you can also see the recipe for the white sauce by clicking here .
I hope you enjoy them and improve all your meals with these homemade sauce ideas.

Creole sauce
1- Peel and chop a tomato. Also chop the onion and red bell pepper.
2- We are going to put the three chopped ingredients in a jar and add the salt and parsley.
3- In the same jar, we pour the juice of half a squeezed lemon.
4- Then we are going to add a good splash of olive oil, followed by a good splash of sunflower oil.
5- Cover the jar and shake well to combine all the ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.
Tartara sauce
1- Take one or two pickled gherkins and chop them. We'll also chop the onion. Everything very finely.
2- Mix them in a container together with the mayonnaise.
3- Add half a tablespoon of parsley, a good splash of lemon juice and a teaspoon of mustard.
4- Mix all the ingredients until well combined and then transfer the mixture to a glass jar to store it in the refrigerator.
Chimichurri
1-In a jar we will put the chopped parsley, along with the oregano and the chopped garlic.
2- Let's add a splash of lemon juice.
3- Then, the paprika and the ground chili.
4- Finally, season with salt and pepper and add a good splash of vinegar and olive oil.
5- Shake the bottle well until everything is well combined.
Teriyaki
1- The first thing we're going to do is chop half a clove of garlic. Set aside.
2- Then, we will put the soy sauce, a tablespoon of rice vinegar, two tablespoons of brown sugar in a pot.
3- Add the garlic and also a little grated ginger.
4- Add a tablespoon of cornstarch, a splash of lemon juice and another of sesame oil.
6- Place the pot on the heat until the cornstarch is absorbed and the mixture thickens. Once the consistency changes, remove it and transfer it to the container where you'll be storing it.
Filetto
1- Peel and chop the tomatoes and also the garlic.
2- We put a pot on the fire with oil and add the two ingredients, salt and pepper.
3- Cover and let it simmer for a while. To prevent it from burning, add a few drops of water.
4- Finally, after a few minutes, add a splash of tomato puree. Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
5- Finally, we remove it from the heat and transfer it to the container in which we are going to store it.
Mushrooms
1- Chop the spring onion and the onion. We'll also chop the bacon and slice the mushrooms.
2- We put the bacon on the fire in a pan without anything.
3- After a while, add the two types of onions.
4- Before adding the mushrooms, we'll add a splash of oil. Then, add the chopped mushrooms.
5- Season with salt and pepper and let it rest until the ingredients turn golden brown and cook well.
6- Finally, remove from the heat and place in the container in which we are going to store the sauce.
