Envelopes this Christmas dinner

Yield for 8 people, accompanied by some salads and something to chop before, you are already.

The guests are all Pipones and you avoid excessive leftovers in the refrigerator by tormenting you for days. We all know that if you do not end up lunching, having dinner and snacking Christmas food for a week.

This Christmas dinner is designed for the southern hemisphere, that is, it is food for a 30º night (if we are lucky)

They will find the recipes per plate to be more orderly and easy, but everything is actually done simultaneously.

For example, while boiling beet soup, you start cutting the vegetables for the vegetable tower, and you start putting together the pionono while the vegetable tower is in the oven. Capicci?

The Bochettes have the three the same procedure. So they put them all together in two minutes!

It is a complete, rich, varied, economical Christmas dinner, with different flavors, a luxury!

Che! If they still do not have a copper gift for Christmas, give the #1000Prep ebook and change a life!

Greetings and until next

Happy parties!

Christmas dinner recipe

#1000Prep complete

Borscht

  1. In a pot with water, place the beets washed and whole (without the stems), the entire carrots, the onion and the celery in pieces (with the leaves too). Add the laurel, pepper, salt, a pinch of cumin.
  2. Take the medium heat until beet is tender. Remove and let cool in the pot with the juice. When it is cold, take out the bay leaf, the leaves of the celery and some pieces of the celery.
  3. Add sliced tomato, half garlic, vinegar and oil. (as if they were seasoning a salad). Take the blender or crush with a mixer or mini pimer until it is creamy and smooth. Take a source for freezer and that's it! They can accompany it with some croutons on top, or with a tablespoon of cream cheese or yogurt.

Vegetable Tower

  1. Cut the eggplants, the zucchini and the onion (grante) into approximately 0.5cm slices.
  2. In a piece of aluminum foil we will place the stacked vegetables. Between vegetables and vegetables we will spread with pesto. Onion, pesto, zapallito, pesto, eggplant, pesto, zappallito, eggplant, pesto and in the end tomato with pesto on top. Wrap in the aluminum foil and take to freezer.
  3. When they are going to eat, take out of the Fryzzer and take directly to a half -low oven about 45 ... 50 minutes. If you want before you can add some cheese, breadcrumbs or more pesto.

BROCHETTES:

  1. Cut a whole belling and 1 and 1/2 onion into pieces, divide into three parts and reserve.
  2. Cut the pig into pieces of approximately 2 cm side. Cut the green apple into cubes and chop the garlic clutch. Add 1/3 of belling and onion. Salpimentar and place everything in a ziploc type bag. Add some slices of ginger, aceto and oil. Close the bag and mix. Take the Frezzer.
  3. Cut the chicken just like the pig, taking out the excess fat. Cut the bacon into pieces. Add a third of belling and onion and salt and pepper. Place everything in the bag and add orange juice and a tablespoon of mustard, close the bag and mix. Take the Frezzer.
  4. For vegetables : cut the eggplant and zucchini into cubes and mushrooms in halves. Add the last third of belling and onion. Salpimentar and take everything to the bag. Condicate with rosemary, apple and oil vinegar. Mix well and take the Frezzer.
  5. To cook them, take them out for a while before the fryzer, defrost, open the bag and build the skewers. For this interlating the ingredients in a long and baked skewer!

Pionono

  1. Stretch the pionono and fill a third with ice cream. It is very easy but the ice cream can sometimes oppose a bit of resistance if it is very hard. Patience
  2. Place the cut strawberries on the ice cream (here you can go crazy eh!: Chocolate chips, caramel, peaches in syrup, whatever they want)
  3. Wrap the pionone to cover the ice cream and cut the surplus. The edges are going to be empty, but for now we leave them like that. Take the Fryzer until eating.
  4. When serving, sprinkling with impalpable sugar and cutting into slices.

Paulinaaaaaa 😀 (if I wanted to shout that ...: p) Question, the wrapped towers and the skewers, can we cook them on the grill? Wrapped the towers = the skewers likely, do not lose the juice when doing it on the grill?

And reee I want the leftover video, I am to use everything!
