Chorrillana recipe

Yields : 6 people

Preparation time : 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 500 gr of beef (loin or similar)
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 eggs
  • Frying oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tomato or ketchup sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili

Easy procedure to do the chorrillana

  1. In a pan heat enough oil and fry the peeled and cut potatoes. Remove and place on absorbent paper.
  2. Cut meat into thin strips. In the same pan used above, cook the meat until golden brown. Salpimentar at ease.
  3. Peel and cut the onions into strips. Add to the pan and saute until they are tender and caramelized.
  4. In a dish place a layer of fried potatoes. Distribute the strips of meat on top and then the onions.  
  5. Fry the eggs and place them on the mixture. Add chili pepper and tomato or ketchup to taste about the dish or in separate containers.
