In Spain it is called Trapantojo, that is, a meal that seems something but it is something else. In this case it looks like a salame and is a black pudding but of chocolate.
It is also known as Rocky Road. It is an easy recipe with chocolate that can make even children. It is also a quick, simple and delicious recipe!

Ingredients for chocolate salame:
(They will also need film paper)
-175g. semimargo chocolate,
-60ml. milk cream,
-75g. butter,
-50g. almonds,
-5 Water cookies,
-Impalpable sugar
Step by step to make chocolate salame:
Easy!
1- The first thing we are going to picar the almonds and we will also chop some water cookies.
2- To the cost (in the same table, obvious) we are going to chop the bitter chocolate and we will put it in a bowl. We reserve.
3- We put the cream in a tarrito and take it to the microwave to hot for 30 seconds.
4- Once the microwave comes out, we are going to throw the cream in the bowl where we put the chocolate. We are going to leave them a minute and then we will start stirring so that they integrate well and the chocolate melts with the heat of the cream.
5- We are going to add the butter now. We also have to beat to melt and integrate with the rest of the ingredients.
6- Finally, we are going to add to this mixture the chopped cookies and almonds. We are also going to stir so that they integrate well.
7- Once the well-mixed ingredients are, we will take the mixture to the refrigerator for 1 hour, or fell, 15 minutes to freezer. They are checking not to get too hard. If they happen to them, do not despair! They leave it at room temperature until it softens a little and can manipulate it.
8- On the table, we will extend a good piece of film paper. On it we will put, with a spoon little by little, the entire solidified mixture.
9- We are going to roll with the film the chocolate to form as if it were a candy, and there we will start kneading with our hands on the film forming a roll with the chocolate.
10- Once we have our well-formed roll, we will take it, so with film and everything, to the refrigerator for 1 hour more.
11- After that time, we take it out and remove the surrounding film.
12- What remains is to pass our chocolate chocolate salame/savings for impalpable sugar and voila! Just cut it into slices and taste it!
