Chocolate cake with cookies and without oven! Easy recipe

Today's video we will learn to prepare a delicious chocolate cake based on sweet cookies. Surely they suspect that it is a very easy cake because it is made with cookies. But in addition to that, this chocolate cake does not need an oven! We are only going to use the refrigerator to be ready.

What I like most about this cake is that it is very pretty, like those we see in the bakeries and seem impossible to prepare. But not!

Ingredients

For a small cake

  • 400g. of cookies
  • A handful of almonds
  • 40g. of bitter cocoa
  • 150g. of sugar
  • 100g. of butter
  • 3/4 cup of water (200g.)
  • 1 cdita. vanilla essence
  • 120g. milk cream
  • 120g. of semi -moorgo chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cdita. of butter (for the ganache)

Chocolate cake recipe!

With cookies!

  1. In a fountain, leave all cookies in bits. We can do it with the hands, and it is not necessary that they be super small pieces. In the case of the cookies that I used, it can be left in approximately 6 bits.
  2. Split the almonds or nuts (or both) in pieces with a knife, and add them along with the pieces of cookies. Mix everything with a spoon. Optional: Add a couple of tablespoons of grated coconut.
  3. In a pot on fire we add sugar, bitter cocoa, water and butter. Stir well until everything is integrated. Once we are going to cook it 7/8 minutes over minimum heat, always stirring occasionally.
  4. When the 8 minutes have passed it will be a little thicker, we remove it from the fire and wait for it to be warm. Once he is warm, we add a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  5. Place the chocolate with the pieces of cookies, stirring to integrate well.
  6. In a mold with butter paper we place our mixture and press it well squeezing with a spoon. Once she is well even, we take her to the refrigerator for 2/3 hours.
  7. Meanwhile, cut the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl to prepare our ganache.
  8. Place a pot to the fire with the milk cream stirring until it hot. Once we are very hot we remove it from the heat and add a teaspoon of butter and a pinch of salt.
  9. Throw the cream in the container where we have the chocolate, and without touching anything to let stand for 5 minutes (without stir). Once the 5 minutes passed, we stir until chocolate and cream are fully integrated, achieving the chocolate ganache.
  10. Once 2/3 hours we brought the refrigerator cake and without removing from the mold we add the chocolate ganache over the cake.
  11. Take the refrigerator for 3/4 hours. Take off the edges with a knife and unmold. It's ready!

I will be curious, how much butter is needed for the chocolate syrup? And where do we get cocoa of the good? Because, apparently, not in the Super ... please Unbrue!
