Ingredients

For the marination of our ribs:

- Verdeo onion (white part) 2 Unid.
- Ginger 2 coins.
- Soy sauce 1/3 cup.
- Blonde sugar 3 cdas.
- Salt 1 cdita.
- Fresh rosemary 2 twigs or dehydrated.
- Barbecue (1/3) cup
For extra fresh sauce
- Chopped 2 teeth.
- Green part of Green 2 Unid.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chili.
- Black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon alcohol vinegar.
- Salt.
- Coriander or chopped parsley 1 tablespoon.
How to make oven pork ribs
- The first step is to marinate the pork ribs: mix chopped onions, grated ginger, twine rosemary, soy sauce, sugar, barbecue and salt.
- Place the ribs in a bag or container covered together with the marinade and let stand at least 2 hours or more.
- After the time, cut a large rectangle of aluminum foil and place it on the plate or oven source. Above the paper, turn the ribs along with the entire marinade. Then close it and wrap it well, ensuring that all juices are inside.
