In this program ... Paulina is cold.

After a long absence, Paulina returns to delight in one of her favorite recipes. As always, very easy recipes. This pig is done in less than 20 minutes and has a slight bittersweet touch. Ideal for when you are in a hurry but without wanting to resign the good table. Do not miss it.

Bon Profit!

About this pig to aceto

It is one of the easiest recipes to prepare that I know. All the programs of this first season have several of my favorite dishes, a shame to have improved the quality of the videos later! Well, when it comes to making very easy recipes, the recipe of this pig to aceto makes me want to film the video again.

Ingredients

Look how simple

  • 1/2 kg. of secret/pig
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 potatoes
  • 150cc. of balsamic aceto
  • Cominos (seeds)
  • Oil, pepper and salt

This is done

1) Cut the pig into 2 × 2 cubes and salt and pepper.

2) Cut the peel potatoes of the same size as the pig and boil with salt.

3) Seal the pig over high heat in a pot or pan about 7 minutes.

4) When the pig is golden - but not cooked - to add the balsamic aceto, the cumin and salt and pepper again.

5) Put in medium heat and let the alcohol of the aceto evaporate 5-7 min.

6) Add boiled and drained potatoes and move gently until they are permeated with the sauce.

7) Serve with fresh lettuce or arugula leaves.
