Chicken Yakisoba Noodle Recipe

Ingredients for the yakisoba recipe

  • 200g Yakisoba noodles
  • 150 g of chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 cabbage, chopped into thin strips
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • Vegetable oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • 1 cdita. of sugar
  • 1 grated ginger cdita
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make chicken yakisoba noodles step by step

  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente. Strain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside this mixture, which will become the yakisoba sauce.
