  • 10 Maria cookies
  • 100 gr of butter
  • 10 dry meringues
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • Dulce de leche to taste (for filling and decorating)

How to make Uruguayan polvito in a short time and in a simple way

  1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Do this using a food processor or crush them with a mortar and pestle.
  2. Add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs and mix until a dough with the consistency of wet sand forms.
