What I like most about today's recipe is quite obvious: it has chocolate! It is a sugar -free chocolate dessert that is super light and delicious . I also like the combination of rare flavors, I would never have mixed yogurt with chocolate.

Ingredients
For two dessert portions
- 125 ml. Natural Sugar Yogurt
- 1 sucralose envelope
- 1 CDA. Chia seeds
- 1 CDA. of cocoa powder without sugar
- Rice cookies
- Mint or good grass
- Almonds
Sugar -free dessert recipe
You will not be able to believe how rich it is!
- Place the natural yogurt without sugar in a bowl or bowl suitable to make the rest of the preparation. I like to use a yogurt that is not sweetened, to have total control of the amount of sweet that will have dessert. It is also important that it be natural and not taste, since we are going to mix it with chocolate.
- We are going to sweeten the yogurt . I used a sucralose , if they have something similar as Stevia can also use it. In this step if you want to try how sweet it is with an envelope, mix it well and look. In case they want a sweeter chocolate dessert, they can add more sweetener.
- Add a tablespoon of chia seeds and mix . I do not know if they remember this pudding recipe for sugar without sugar where I explained that chia seeds leave a kind of jelly when they hydrate, which will generate that the yogurt is a little thicker.
- Add a spoonful of sugarless cocoa (the one bought in dietary) and mix well with a spoon until it is fully integrated. I suspect that in this step they are distrusting me and they will think that the combination of yogurt and chocolate has nothing attractive to a light dessert. Well, they are wrong, continue and they will see that it is delicious!
- In a glass or cup for dessert we will prepare this delight without sugar. We start starting the rice cookies in small pieces and placing them in the glass , forming a cookie layer or base that will be the basis of our Light chocolate dessert.
- On top of the rice cookies we will add our chocolate dessert that we prepare with yogurt, cocoa, sweetener and Chia seeds. Remember to be well mixed and integrated to achieve good consistency!
- Just as it is we are going to take it to the refrigerator at least half a bor a. If we leave it for a while better, since Chia seeds will continue to dismiss that kind of gelatin that will make our light dessert thicker.
- Do we have it out of the refrigerator? Let's decorate it. First or herb leafs Then some cookie pieces , this is a detail more than anything visual, will give it a color that contrasts with the rest of the dessert. Finally some almonds , how rich!
