In this program… Paulina exclusively premieres The Song of the Trucks
Hello friends. Today, like every Wednesday, Paulina brings us a surprising recipe. This German pancake, or Dutch baby (Dutch means "Dutch"), was actually created in the United States and uses a cooking technique to create a rather unusual dish, with something resembling mountains.
pancake recipe that we also have on the channel.

Ingredients
for 1 large Dutch baby or 2 small ones
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 CDA. of butter
- 1 tbsp sugar (+ sugar for dusting)
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 cdita. vanilla essence
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make a German pancake – Dutch baby
schizo pancake
- Place the eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend well. Open the bowl in the middle and scrape the edges with a spatula to remove any flour from the bowl. Make sure the dough is completely smooth.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- When the butter is completely melted, pour the pancake mix into the center without moving it. It should be about 1 finger high. No more, otherwise, the odd mound won't form.
- Leave it on the heat for a minute and, when it starts to bubble around the edges, immediately transfer it to a preheated medium oven.
- We will leave it in the oven for 20 minutes, without opening.
- After this time, we take it out. It will be covered in mountains. Immediately, we top it with lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar. And the Dutch baby is ready to eat!

This is a sponsored post : Lecuine is the quality kitchen accessories store sponsoring this post and video. Please know that I don't promote products I haven't tried, nor do I agree to say things I don't truly believe. If I tell you it's Carnival, hold the knob: that pan is a marvel.
You're great, I like how you make everything easy, how you explain it, and what's important to me is that with just a few ingredients you make it easy to eat well and enjoy.
Finally, your thing isn't cooking, it's commerce.
Hi Paulina! I loved the recipe! Do you think if I make the toppings savory (grilled vegetables, cheese, etc.) the mixture will turn out a bit weird?
You can imagine that I'm not going to put sugar in it, but I'm keeping an eye on adding apples, as always, I'm on the opposite side of your science.
Hi Paulina, what would be the size of the pot for this recipe? Is 24 cm too much?
