Welcome to Paulina Kitchen! Today we are going to make a few hippies and not hippies happy with these Kale Chips!

What!?

Well, for those who don't know, Kale is fashionable, but don't take the floor to me.

Thanks to an enormous production effort, we got an exclusive interview with an original kale

Paulina Team : Hi Kale, thanks for receiving us, we know that lately you are with a lot of work, we just need your time for a while. Can you tell our readers how do you appear?

Kale : Well, first of all, I want to clarify that in some places they tell me "Keil" but my name is pronounced how it reads, kale. I come from an ancestral lineage, I have my cousins the cabbage and the red cabbage . The difference is that I am basically curly.

Pt .: Ajham, we understand, and tell us, how are you carrying this new fame?

Kale : You have to understand that they didn't even grow here before, this is all new to me and me family. The truth is that we owe much to the generation of hippies of the 60s and the 70s , and well, to the second wave of the natural movement.

PT : And forgive, but I have to ask… what do you tell me about the rumors that causes gases and bad smell

Kale : (silence, you accommodate in the salad bowl) Look, if your intestine cannot with us, it is not my problem, I am fresh, rich, crispy. Chew me well and that's it! I get angry because they have been putting beans for centuries as if nothing, but a slightly more radical vegetable arrives, a little disheveled, which is not so easy to digest and everyone goes crazy.

(pause)

Forgive me, it's not with you. I am like that , who likes it well and who does not, who eats porotos.

Well, you read it. Now that they know him, make these Kale chips, or kale chips to see in his own flesh, that he feels!

About these Kale chips to the microwave

What I like most about this recipe, is obvious . Anything that is done in the microwave saves us time and energy.

So these kale chips, or kale chips are ideal for when you don't even want to turn on the oven.

I know that they are not yet achieved in all the greengroces, but if they look for a bit safe they find any in their neighborhood that has them!

They can season them with what they like best, but with mustard beans they are great!

They are deals to add something crispy salads!

If you want another recipe of the "unconventional sheets" category, they left a beet sheet salad !

Greetings and until next

Kale chips recipe

thank the hippies!

  1. Wash the kale well and dry it with an absorbent paper.
  2. Place the cabbage leaves (which can be whole or in pieces) on a plate with absorbent paper underneath and take the microwave for 2 minutes to maximum power.
  3. Turn each sheet to make the other part on the absorbent paper. When turning it, place condiments. I put salt, pepper and ground mustard seeds.
  4. Bring to microwave 1 more, always at maximum power. Going at a minute, checking in the middle. The Kale Chips will be ready when the sheet is as if it were a paper, well dry.

So are left!

Super green and crispy!

Hello Paulina! A friend made this recipe but the microwave was set on fire !!! We assume that by the napkin, can it be? Absorbent paper is not the same as kitchen roll napkin? Thank you!!!
