Ingredients

For two bottles

  • 3 garlic heads
  • half a liter of white wine

Step -by -step garlic milk recipe: kitchen magic

  1. The first thing we are going to do is separate the teeth from each garlic head, and we will keep them separated for now.
  2. We are going to peel every garlic (yes, it is an annoying task, but they do not have to do it again in months!). To peel the garlic you can look for some moderate technique or do how I do in the video: I crush the tooth with a blade, I remove the peel and I like to leave them halfway and take out the spring from the middle.
  3. We take the teeth of a garlic head and we are going to chop them. They can use the pica garlic like the one seen in the video, or they can give one by one with the knife.
  4. The remaining two heads are going to put them inside a blender and we will add the wine. We are going to beat it until it is very soft, such as when we make a smoothie or a juice.
  5. Now we prepare the bottles for our garlic milk. They can do it in a large bottle or two small as I did. In each one we put half of the garlic that we had chopped at the beginning. When well distributed, we add the garlic juice that we liquefy with a funnel. We cover the bottle and that's it!
  6. To use it, they take it out of the refrigerator and send him the classic “Agite before consuming” and put a teaspoon to the preparation they are doing and are already boys!

Paulina, when reading your garlic milk recipe, I did not hesitate to do it for the simple and because both materials, garlic and a white intermediate quality wine, indicated insured success. However, it happened to me that at the bottom of the bottle (previously washed as suggests) he began to acquire greenish hue. I did not consume it for security reasons, but you have an idea why that happened.
