Ingredients

To cover a cake just above

  • 40g. of butter
  • 40g. Impalpable sugar (Glass sugar)
  • 80g. Filadelphia or similar cream cheese
  • 1 cdita. vanilla essence

Step by step: That's easy is

  1. Beat the butter at room temperature with the impalpable sugar until it is very blanquita and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla essence and cream cheese. The only secret of this Frosting is that cream cheese must be very cold.
  3. Beat until you integrate and until it looks good creamy and silky. And voila! You already have your cream cheese coverage for cakes.
