Red fruits cake Rustic style!

Rustic Red Fruit Cake

Oh, how much bombings is this rustic red fruits . They will see how easy it is to prepare it and how rich it is! The time of the year came when the red fruits- that actually, taking out the strawberries, are rather blue and violet!- invade the greengrocers, and one wonders what to do to take advantage of so much strawberry and so many blueberries!

Quiet, here we think about everything and that's why we bring this recipe. If they already did the Buddine with strawberries and were left wanting more red fruits, or also called the fruits of the forest , this rustic cake is great. What I like most about this red fruits cake is the rustic part.

I always thought that rustic is something that we invent the people to whom we do not have prolijos, a way of claiming us, the stunned, those who stick our fingers with the droplet fixing a toy, to whom they never asked us for the folder to study at school because a knob was not understood, to which the clean shirts last for us one afternoon.

This red fruits cake is a great opportunity to make it and have fun without taking care of the shapes, sprinkle with impalpable sugar, take a picture and proudly say in all social networks "with you ... my red fruits cake, the rustic!"

About this cake recipe with red fruits

The best thing about this cake is that it can be done with both red fruits and any fruit that they like and/or either season, such as pears or apples. Or if they are fundamentalists of chocolate, they can mix red fruits with pieces or chips of black and white chocolate. If they have less ingredients or less red fruits, you can also try the strawberry cake that is incredibly beautiful and delicious.

The recipe is for a medium mold, if you want to make a larger cake, you can double the amount. They can also put the mixture in Muffin molds with pyrotines and voila! They have red fruit muffins worthy of a multinational coffee chain!

Recipe Red Fruit Cake

You should have all the ingredients ready before starting!

  1. Beat the ointment with sugar until it is very blanquita. It is better if you take out the butter before the refrigerator to make it softer.
  2. Add the eggs , from one, beating well in each incorporation, so the red fruits cake is well spongy!
  3. Add the essence of vanilla and orange zest.
  4. Incorporate the flour into two parts, joining a spatula so that there are no lumps.
  5. Place the mixture in a mold (No. 21) and, above, the strawberries in pieces and the blueberries as seen in the photo. During cooking, the pieces will go inside. If you don't have red fruits you can use another fruit: apple, pears ...
  6. Bake at 180º 45 minutes or until you put a stick and come out dry. Remember to preheat the oven about 15 minutes before starting.
  7. Once the cake is cold, unmold. Cover the cake with red fruits jam and, on this, fresh fruits. Sprinkle with impalpable sugar. And voila!

Look how beautiful it was

And ready to eat!
