The Peruvian cause is from my favorite summer recipes. It is rich and fills the belly. This time I craved green, so I crushed a good bunch of Perejil along with the pepper. It was very fresh.

Ingredients

For 6 small portions

  • 700g. of potato (the original recipe has half of white potatoes and half yellow or Creole. I can't get the latter, cause of an Andean plot to not share this treasure ...)
  • 1 yellow pepper (of which itchs)
  • 1 medium parsley bunch
  • 1 lemon
  • Oil (about 4 tbsp.)

For the filling:

  • 2 tuna cans
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 olives
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 tbsp. of mayonnaise

1. Boil the potatoes and puree. The secret to get rid of well is to crush hot potatoes, without liquid medium.

2. Crush yellow pepper with lemon juice, parsley and oil. Add this mixture to the puree. A thick puree should be left, almost like a malleable and green mass. Refrigerate to harden. 

3. For filling, undo the tuna, chop the tomato, olives and onion and mix with mayonnaise. A paste will remain.

4. To assemble the cause, I used these silicone cupcake molds. They were funny and could unmold very well. We put a layer of puree, one of the tuna mixture and above, more puree. The secret to crushing puree without a frightful mixture for forming is to wet the reverse of a spoon with cold water and crush it with this. Refrigerate and unmold to serve.

I wanted to pass a cake mass recipe that looks like your 999, my friend Alicia gave me, so it is called Alicia cake. It comes with or without a fantastic onion filling. The best thing is that it is part of my recipe book: "If I get out to anyone ... or even a child can do it" they are the ones I like the most.
Tell to count: you put in the crushing vessel of the Minipimer (or in a bowl and revolves it by hand, it goes well and without problems) 3 cups of coffee flour coffee with copete, 1 cup of oil and 1 milk, salt. You proceed or revolves, a soft dough is formed but an oily bun can be made, if it is very soft to add a little more flour.
With this to line (with the hand, without kneading) a tartero mold, the mold is not necessary. You have to precondinate because otherwise it is raw in the middle. It is used for any kind of cake, it's crocontita, probala ... it's a crack !!!
Onion stuffed:
I saute about 3 large onions or 4 girls cut into medium pieces, with a little oil, when they are transparent in the same container (or another) you add: 3 eggs, salt and pepper, a good handful of grated cheese, the better. You processes it (with the same minipimer or in Bah blender!)
Volve it over the pre -cooked dough and take it to oven until this gold. If you do it in a rectangular mold you get squares that can be served cold or hot for the copetin. (Or the pecking) to my children I told them that it was cheese cake, because they do not eat it. There is no to give it, probate it !!!!! Kiss and success!
