What I like most about this mayonnaise or tuna salad or as they like to call him, it is, in addition to being very fresh, that she is a sacciator.

Because, you will understand what I am talking about: do you locate the scene in which it is overwhelming, you make a “salad” (because it is not the same to make a good salad as a “salad”) and half an hour you are getting the oven because, oh chance, you wanted to cake? Well, if I don't have a little foreseeing head, I am one of these. So when it is hot and the idea of the “salad” comes to me I have an internal alert that turns on the tuna mayonnaise poster. Ingredients

For 2 portions

  • 2 Potatoes girl
    2 tomatoes in cubes
    1 can of tuna
    10 olives without carozo
    1/4 onion
    2 hard eggs
    3 tbsp. of mayonnaise
    1 CDA. Mostaza
    drizzle pug of lemon juice
    splash of olive oil
    and pepper

 

Tuna mayonnaise recipe

in 4 simple steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small dice. Boil them until they are tender. If you want, you can add a splash of vinegar to the water: this will prevent the potatoes from breaking and will be firmer. But be careful, just a little, but will take flavor to vinegar.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. The true tuna mayonnaise does not carry tomato but I love how it looks, they will not regret.
  3. Cort the olives into pieces and chop the eggs and 1/4 of the onion. If you want it to be softer, they can pass the onion by water before cutting it.
  4. Mix all the ingredients of the list until it is well integrated, splashing at ease. You can decorate with chopped green onion and place it on lettuce leaves as I did to make it very beautiful!
