Welcome friends! Today on Paulina Cocina, we're going to show you how to make hamburgers, but not the usual kind. This time, Paulina brings us some chicken burgers!
There are things in life that we didn't expect and they come to change everything forever.
Like a piece of candy tucked away in a pocket that brightens our afternoon. Or the beauty of finding silver in clothes we've stored away when the season changes.
They are like little gifts we give ourselves from the past.
These chicken burgers are one of those little gifts we never expected, and then, click! Look how they changed your day, your summer... and, why not, your life!
This is one of those dishes that was invented one day and then forgotten forever, left in a drawer. A treasure waiting to be rediscovered by the pirates of the cooking channels.
The time has come to restore the glory of chicken burgers, which give so much to the community: delicious, practical, creative!
As far as "things that can be grilled and everyone likes" goes, these burgers are a star. Kids love them, grandmas rave about them, cousins order them on Twitter.
And now you can access the recipe. Use it wisely.

about this chicken burger recipe
The great thing about this recipe Paulina brings you today is that it's quite versatile. You can take the basic chicken burger idea and add details to create even more options.
For example: you can make the recipe as is, with the glorious and fantastic bacon and eat it in a hamburger bun with melted cheese.
Or you can make it without bacon for a lighter option and eat it al plata with a salad.
You can also add chopped red onion and green onion, add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the mix and have a more gourmet and cool burger!
You know what the best thing about these chicken burgers is? What I like most?
Yes, you guessed it, they can be frozen.
I may be a fan of frozen food. But honestly, having these delicious chicken burgers in the freezer, ready to cook or grill, is a joy!
Greetings and until next

Chicken Burger Recipe
surprisingly delicious!
- Chop the chicken meat with a knife or in a food processor. You can also ask the butcher to chop it for you, but I prefer to do it at home.
- Place the chopped chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice (not too much) and salt. Stir and let it rest for a while. It doesn't need to be too long; about 15 minutes is fine.
- Add the finely chopped bacon, bread, and grated cheese to the chicken dish, along with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything with your hands until a firm dough forms, which you can use to make our chicken burgers.
- Divide the dough into as many burgers as you want and assemble them: first, form a ball, press it down firmly, then flatten it, and finally, smooth out the edges.
- They can be cooked on the grill (as I did), or in a frying pan with a little oil.
Hello! My name is Omar, I'm from Aguilares, Tucumán.
I'm writing to ask you a question about chicken burgers and chicken milanesas. For milanesas, I need to know how much water, egg, salt, pepper, and oregano I need to use to prepare a kilo of meat. The same goes for hamburgers. How much salt, pepper, oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs do I need for a kilo of hamburgers? I work in a supermarket and I need the preparations to always have the same flavor since I work in a supermarket. Thank you very much, I look forward to your response.
Can you recycle already cooked chicken?
Paulina's recipes are excellent, they never fail. Easy, economical, and delicious.
Hi, we're Gaby and Nina, friends for years. We're starting out making meals. We need your guidance on a delicious, affordable, and homemade weekly menu. Thanks. We live in Sierra de los Padres, near Mar del Plata. Kisses.
What is a bowl?
I processed the chicken and cut the bacon into small cubes. Just like my mother did, I added breadcrumbs soaked in milk and an egg, parsley, and a finely chopped garlic clove. My guests, young and old, were thrilled. Oh! And I coated them in breadcrumbs?
The burgers come out very delicious with this recipe.
Thank you very much! Now let's try them!
Don't they have eggs?
How do you chop the meat so it's so small? Just with a knife? Or do you have a trick up your sleeve?
They are sooo ...
