It's silly, but you don't know how it changes the flavor of the cakes, it makes them much more intense... plus we don't have to grate citrus fruits every time it's a pain...
I think it's called citrus sugar, but since I'm not sure, I'm not going to mention the name!

Pau, I have two pots of mascarpone cheese. I want to make a carrot-style cake and use it in the batter. How do I use it? Can I use it in a blender? Just put everything in there and that's it...it makes my life happier!
