- Add the lemon zest and half of the flour. Mix in the bowl and add the rest of the flour by joining with your hand. Do not knead , if not integrate everything.
- Once linked, wrap on film paper and take the refrigerator about 30 minutes. (While they are doing the filling!)

- Take 1 more minute to the microwave to maximum. Beat energetically when it comes out and cover with a film in contact with the cream so that a layer of cream is not formed on our pastry cream . Let cool.
- In another bowl mount the milk cream with the sugar at half a point. When it is, add the pastry cream and integrate well. Cover with contact again.
- Prepare the gelatin as the package tells them and let cool to room temperature to make it liquid.
Armed
- We are going to assemble our strawberry cake: on the cake dough and cold place the cream and spread well.
