The mussel should be considered vegetable. Because one can empathize with the different animals of God, even if they eat them ... but the mussel ... what an animal so little animal.
To start they have no little brocites, or anything similar, no. Because? Because you don't need them. It moves little, live quiet, stuck to a rock. It does not eat other animals. Nor does it have an attractive form, like sea stars. Animals should be able to prove this delight without guilt . I don't know, it seems to me.
That biology excuses me but for me the mussels are closer to the fungus than of animals.
And they don't have eyes. They have no eyes !!!
So never go looking for Nemo, mussel.

They are very rich, ideal to accompany a rich beer. They can be done not spicy (adding sweet paprika) or more spicy: adding a whore chopped to the sauce.

- 1 CDA. of spicy paprika (or sweet paprika, if you don't like spicy)
Picant mussels recipe
They will love
1. Wash the mussels and place them in a pot without water.
2. Take over medium heat, with the covered pot, about 15 minutes or until the mussels opened
3. Meanwhile, melt in a pan in a pan and saute the garlic in it.
4. Add the tablespoon of paprika and stir. Get out of the heat.
5. Place the mussels with all the water they have released inside the pan. Move so that water and spicy sauce integrate.
6. Serve on a tray and pour the spicy sauce on top. Llover with a little more paprika.

Hello Paulina. What considerations you have to have with the mussel. For example if they don't open, thank you
I die dead, the gastronomy listened to you and now they qualify the mussels as “fruits” of sea. You are a genius marking Pauline trend.
And you gave me a desire to buy mussels posta instead of the usual frozen peeled.
I am very sorry. But they do have eyes. Like any Bivalvo de Dior. It does not take away the delicious.
