In this program...Paulina teaches us how to make sugar-free strawberry jam!
Hello friends of Paulina!
In today's video, we're reteaching a diabetic-friendly recipe: strawberry jam with stevia. What I like most about this recipe is that it uses only natural ingredients and is diabetic-friendly! Plus, it can be made with stevia or traditional sweetener.
One of the main preservatives in traditional marmalade is sugar. Since this recipe doesn't use sugar or preservatives, we'll add a slice of orange to make the marmalade last a little longer with the acidic effect.
If you dare and watch the video, Paulina will explain everything!

Sugar-free Strawberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients
no sugar
- 250 gr of fresh strawberries
- Stevia (I used liquid, but you can also use powder)
- 1/4 orange
- Cinnamon
Diabetic Jam Recipe!
with stevia
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems and any white parts. Then cut them into small pieces. I cut them into four pieces each, but it doesn't matter.
- Cut a quarter of the orange and remove the peel. The important thing at this point is to make sure that no white part of the orange remains; we only want to use the flesh. Otherwise, the dessert will be bitter.
- In a pot over high heat, add the strawberries (as if browning an onion) along with the orange slice while stirring. This will help the strawberries release their natural sugar content and give the dessert a homemade flavor, differentiating it from the ones we buy at the supermarket.
- Once the strawberries are toasted, reduce the heat to low and cook the jam, stirring occasionally. After about 8 minutes, you'll see it begin to thicken into a jam.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon and two teaspoons of stevia. Taste and add stevia to taste until it's ready. Enjoy!
Hi Paulina. I have a lot of berries and raspberries, and I want to make jam with sucralose. Can I use the same steps as for the strawberry jam?
Hi Paulina, I'd like to know if it's possible to pasteurize it to make a larger quantity. Thanks!
No, you're not becoming a boring YouTuber: YOU'RE GREAT!!!
Hello!! I'd like to make bitter orange jam. I make it every year, but my kids complain that too much sugar isn't good for me.
How do you recommend I make it without sugar? Is it possible?
Any sugar-free fruit jam recipes are welcome. Thank you so much.
How long does it last in the refrigerator?
How much stevia does a kg of fruit contain?
Do you serve lemon instead of orange?
The strawberry jam is delicious but it's too runny, what can I do?
The jam is very
rich but it is too liquid for me.
Is it the same to use lemon?
I made it, it's delicious! Thank you!
I want to start a homemade jam business, if you could give more tips, such as how to prepare the jars and how long they last. Thanks in advance.
Hi Paulina. Can it be frozen?
Hello! I'd like to try this recipe, but I've never made jam before... and I'd like to know if I can add water to make it thinner... Thank you so much!
Great Paulina!!
Hi Paulina, that's great. I want to make the jam. How long will it last in the refrigerator? Do I have to sterilize the jar?
Is this sugar-free strawberry jam recipe
with stevia also suitable for raspberries?
